A wonderful day start to finish! The Inn: We were able to reserve all 8 rooms/suites each one offering their own unique spaces. The Thalmann Suite: Having this suite was ideal for gathering with family and friends, getting ready for the wedding great space and lighting for hair and make-up! Bathroom is unbelievable, you'll see! Food: Our family and friends are still talking about the dinner! They have a wide range of customizable menu options local and fresh. We had a delicious family style feast! Our dedicated waitstaff went above and beyond for us! For anyone who is looking for the perfect place for your wedding this IS IT!

The venue itself is truly unique - a scenic, historical property that allowed us to create the intimate, high-end celebration we envisioned. Our Story

In 1888, a group of local dairy farmers built their community a cheese factory on the banks of the Sugar River in Paoli, Wisconsin. For nearly a century, the factory thrived, making award-winning Swiss cheese and sweet cream butter celebrated throughout Wisconsin. However, the consolidation of the dairy industry was too swift for the little factory to keep pace, and, in 1980, the factory closed its doors for good.

Over the years, the factory became many things, including an art gallery and a cafe. In 2021, a group of local families purchased the factory to preserve this amazing piece of Wisconsin heritage.

Seven Acre Dairy Company is a lovingly-restored dairy factory (dating back to 1888), made possible by a small group of families passionate about supporting local farmers, enjoying good food, and preserving a bit of the past for future generations to enjoy.
